We will give "a firm understanding of the work program and agreed cost"

"Maintain a safe and tidy work area during working hours and leave the site tidy at the end of each working day".

"Demonstrate the system and carry out basic training required to allow you to operate the new system".

Installation of your system

By the time that your installation is about to start most of the following points will have been discussed and agreed between you or your representative and Kirkpatrick Sound Engineering:

  • A firm understanding of the work program and agreed cost.
  • Starting date/time and estimated duration of the installation phase.
  • Any Health & Safety issues, documentation needs or any other requirements such as CRB checks and safety wear requirements.
  • Responsiblity for the security of the site, who will give Kirkpatrick Sound Engineering staff access at the start of each working day and who will secure the site at the end of each day.

 

During the installation Kirkpatrick Sound Engineering will:

  • Liaise with you or your representative on site to advise of progress and where appropriate make any arrangements to meet your day to day needs for the use of the site.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work area during working hours and leave the site tidy at the end of each working day.

 

On completion Kirkpatrick Sound Engineering will:

  • Test and set up the system to the satisfaction of you or your representive.
  • Supply any documentation and operating manuals that are available with the equipment supplied.
  • Demonstrate the system and carry out basic training required to allow you to operate the new system.
  • Leave the site clear of tools and materials and where possible leave the area clean and ready for use.
